problem uploading 50 mb MOV file

trying to upload a video of my gauge cluster working and the uploads keep failing. It is a 50 MB video from my I phone. what could I be doing wrong. info says up to 190 mb MOV files are accepted. Do I need to clear some room in my upload manager and if so how do I do this.

You should be able to post it on you tube, then post it on the site.

The php memory has trouble handling files larger than 50mb. And honestly for size and bandwidth sake, it's better to host videos on youtube.
