Question about Armored Security Vehicle Parts

I think I found the correct location for this question.

I have a problem. I bought 17 of what I thought were IDLER ARMs for HUMVEEs on eBay. It turns out that they are for the XM1117 armored security vehicles. I don't know much about military vehicles, but I don't think there are any XM1117 vehicles in civilian community yet.

Could someone with knowledge of military vehicles tell me if the IDLER ARMs in the picture below can be used on any other military vehicles or maybe they can be re purposed?
