Recovery This saturday 1st deuce

picking up my first deuce this saturday. We will be trailering it home with a 3 axle trailer and a flatbed duramax. It is a very clean m35a2c wo/w (flatbed no sides). picking it up from Maine 285 miles each way. won last week on GSA. pictures to come

Looks pretty good, but you could probably stand to lower the muffler about 6 or 8 inches. I have a muffler on my deuce and it really makes a huge difference in the decibel level, but the whistler comes through loud and clear. At idle, the exhaust note is not much louder than a whisper. Also, the bottom of my muffler is about in line with the top plane of the fender, and the top is just below the center line of the windshields.
Are ya planning to find replacement sides for that bed, get a standard A2 bed, or are ya gonna bob it? Enquiring minds wanna know.
