The primary purpose of this is to give some one local that is a member
of Steel Soldiers a shot at the job since we are all in hard times nowadays.
The job is a simple recovery and will most likely require a tilt back flat
tow truck.
I need to recover an old F250 from a mountain dirt road in Willits, CA
and transport it to Berkeley, CA. The only issues are that there may be
some dry rot although there doesn't appear to be any.
I have pictures which I am attaching and it doesn't look bad, but I can't get up there to check due to trying to recover from a partial disability.
This is the other reason I would rather have a fellow Steel Soldiers do this
since it will need a little TLC. I don't think this will be a difficult recovery
at all, but I want someone who will treat it like his own and not just a job.
This will have to be done before the end of the summer and sooner rather than latter. Rain will be an issue as these are steep dirt roads.
