Replacing leaf springs

Just want to make sure and ask, the m1008 has the same leaf spring setup as the civy k30 right? My packs are original and rusty. Nothing so bad but just old. Im wondering if I'd get any lift by replacing them. Ive also wanted to do a ord shackle flip in the rear and 4" lift to the front, but Im not sure if the 33s I run will look good with that, and I kind of dont want to dump money into 35s right now. Think its worth it to replace the springs? Not concerned about saftey, just more wondering if I can get 2 inches or so lift..

You can go withy zero rates all around or an add a leaf in the front and keep the 33's
