restore gas tank

hey yall,new carb kit,fuel sending unit,fuel pump,gaskets,screens for my m211,thanks to memphis equipment,tank is off of truck,nasty on the inside,not to much rust,mainly above fuel level,about 1/2 tank,anybody got any ideas on what to do about the rust,how to clean tank ?anybody ever send a gas tank to GAS TANK RENU,advertised in mil veh mag,looks to hard to get pressure washer in due to tank baffles,im open to any ideas,now is the time to take care of this,anybody ever use that stuff that Eastwood sells to reline the inside of your gas tank? putting all new engine gaskets on saturday,hope to have truck ready for SS GA rally in oct,good luck to all on your projects

Let your finger do the walking as they use to say....Open up your phone book and look for a radiator shop that also does gas tanks. Then take it to them and let them soak it and all that. Most of them have a sealer to put in it too after it's been tanked. They can also tell you if it needs repair and many can even do the repairs on site. You know for those rust holes that are just below visible.
