g8t-louisville-mvpa-107w-1.jpgWhat does she wish to do with it? Members of the military vehicle hobby have preserved these trucks and proudly display them at public gatherings and conventions of like minded enthusiasts. This model truck is not the most popular as it does not have all wheel drive.

For now its a matter of gathering information on the vehicle and thereby possubly setting a sale price. Would like as much info in order to have her informed.

Canadian Ford Dump

Hi

Here are some links to discussions on the Ford Modified Military Conventional including the dump

Last link is probably the best information

Another place to search for information or photos of dump you are asking about would be Alcan Highway construction.

Cheers Phil

Probably not a lot of help , but last year on northern mi C/L there was one that was restored but not a military restoration , more of a forest green , but it was a running driving truck . They were asking $6000 it was on C/L for at least 6-8 months , I don't know if it ever sold or if they just quit re-posting it.

If you can post up some pictures of it, that would help. If the truck has been sitting forever, the value will be under $1000. These G8T trucks are not widly sought after like WWII Jeeps. A sale ad in Hemmings Motor News for $2000 or best offer would be a way to gauge interest.
