SHC tent heater controller and Sediment Bowl

Would anyone happen to know of a source for a HDT SHC heater controller? I have this nice clean SHC60 with very few hours on it and no way to fire it up (that I am aware that is)...

On a side note, for another unit, would anyone happen to know of a replacement for the Sediment Glass bowl?
