Fresh or salt water? Unless that is a serious decompression dive they could be recovered. Depth? That is unless Uncle Sugar has a problem with it.

Salt water but cold I'm told. I'm sure it's to late to save. But I've made dives on Sherman's in Italy and you could see through the armor they were so rusted but these look pretty good.

Depth? I don't know but the drivers on tri-ox system.
