Site Access Down for FL Member

Good morning.

I was asked to submit a help request for SS member infidelgotme. Since his last recorded log-in, he is now only receiving a white screen 503 error message when attempting to access the site, even as viewing (not logging in), indicating server unavailable. Has tried from his cell phone and his wife’s seperate computer also. I have checked his status as a neighboring member, and don’t see any prohibited status markings, unless I am missing them. I recommended he clear his computer cookies and internet history, then do a power-off reset, of which he says to no avail. Is this possibly a connection issue with his browser or internet provider and not site related?

Thanks for your help, appreciate any help on investigation.
