Small Pickup and hold from Portsmouth

Anybody able to pickup some Wheel Nets/Webbing and hold for a week until I can get to VA Beach ?

I used a towing service there to grab some stuff and drop it off at a friend's house in town. I think they charged like 85 bucks. If you can find a drop off point, that might work?
