That would be a yes. OK, the mini ex only weighs 4000 lbs. But it wasn't going anywhere on it's own with it's crappy weak rental unit hydraulics. Truck pulled it more or less at idle in 1st gear. I couldn't do any usual excavator self-extrication gymnastics due to being right next to the building.

Generally I would tend to agree except he said it was a rental unit and most rental units have the power turned down so low they fill the bucket with soft clay.
