Having much experience with coordinating scheduals over here at school (more group projects and meetings than I care to think about it) I thought I'd try and do something useful for a change.
Anywho, if everyone who is seriously planning on coming out to Haspin can post here with dates that do NOT work for them, I'll try and put together a spreadsheet and figure out a date that works for as many people as possible. Sound reasonable?
