How durable are the soft tops to the elements? Is there anything special I can do to extend the life of a soft top? I am closer and closer to buying a truck on GL and I want to make sure I do all my home work so forgive me if I ask alot of questions.

As always thank you.

It is vinyl as far as I know, any vinyl cleaning and preservative type product, same as you might use on your car. It's worst enemy is sunlight which will make it stiff and brittle over time.

Thank you for that info. Now my next question is, how bad isit if the truck is missing a head light? Hardware appears to be there just no light. Are these normal lights, special lights?

Thank you

24v headlights are easy to get from any of the usual vendors- $25 to $35. I just picked up a deuce that is missing both lights.
You will need the trim rings- mine were still on the truck.
