soilder waiting for EUC

I am on active duty in Az. I am living in an apartment paid for by the government. The phone is not in my name, billing address is differnet then apt address. I sent a copy of state ID with AZ address on it. And a copy of Military Id, Passport and UT drivers Lic. I have waited 41 days for EUC to clear. Do you think The phone not being in my name will matter?

What does it say when you check your status on GL? Might be worth a phone call.

It just says sent to battle creek
