M932a2 Changed through a few used pcb's. Last two know working one when I install them grounded to chassis in Stock place starter stays on and fuel shut off stays energized till it cooks it. Also had issues with CTIS and ABS Although new PCBs fix that now I'm seeing this issue's once grounded.
If I only ground the two wires that usually attach to the washer bracket and Pcb only and have pcb just sitting on splash without it touching metal everything works perfect. This is a perfect example of RRAD builds. Looking museum showroom condition but having more issues than one could ever hope for. Where do I begin?

See if the starter is causing it. Loosen and prepare to quickly disconnect the small starter signal wire. Crank the truck and once you release and have the starter stick on, quickly pull the small starter signal wire off. If the starter stays stuck on, then it is the starter solenoid contacts welding inside. If not, then it sounds like starter relay inside PCB ignition switch in dash.
