Welcome to the March 2014 MV of the month contest. The rules are pretty simple. To submit a vehicle for the drawing:

1. You may nominate another member's vehicle. Or your own.
2. A photo must be submitted with your post.
3. Previous winners from current year cannot be re-nominated. (Current winners: RAYZER, M920, Papabear)
4. One vehicle per user per month. It's to keep things fair. Not everyone has multiple MVs in their fleet. (The OD disease hasn't taken them over yet :jumpin: )
5. We're limited to 20 vehicles in the drawing. I will take the first twenty vehicles submitted. Once we hit twenty, I'll open a poll for the vote.

So let's get this started! [thumbzup]

*Note, I'm working some obscene hours right now. If I don't have this post updated with the nominations, do not be alarmed. We will use whomever posts in the order in which they are posted. I likely will only update the thread once a day.

I am too lazy - too tired and too old to post up pics of PB's Wc 22 again - just look up previous post of nominations to see the array of awesome pics. This makes #2 on the nomination list.
Did I mention is was found to be 2nd Army - 45th Infantry and was issued to a Col. Top that. This baby has HISTORY.

Since they say it's an honor just to be nominated, I'll honor myself.

1954 Israeli marked M37 that served in both the Six Day War and the Yom Kippur War.

I'm pretty good at distinguishing MV's. But I'm not good enough to distinguish them by the stack alone yet.
I cant tell you how many people would walk by it and not notice the truck in there. A couple would stand right next too it and just happen to see the headlight through the leaves and shout "OH S*&t there is a truck in there!!" Was kind of comical for a long time.

I feel sort of ashamed to nominate one of my own MVs but I just think it's sorta neat and in very good condition so:

Here's my M818 with the "DUKW hauler" trailer...note: The trailer is not actually military but we made it look like one...sorta.

The M818 is equiped with a hydraulic air shift PTO and works the sliding axle trailer just great.
Well technically I had said you weren't eligible. But I believe I will make the rule that users can't be nominated for multiple vehicles in the same month and previous month winners (say Proud) can't be nominated again for the year.

Sorry Sir,,,I just read your first post...I withdrew my self-nomination and edited the post but I can't get the pic to go away? Can ya help a brother out?

No need to change rules that work well.

No problem, if you look my my first post, you'll see you're in the running. :) I loved the turn out we had the first month. Kinda wish we'd have the same every month. The more nominations the better.
