Suggestions for “house battery” in M1010

Hello all,

I need your assistance.
I am converting my 1010 into an off-road RV. I have an unused circuit in the box for the filtration units.
I’d like to tap into it to power the “box”.
Easy enough, but my question is how can I separate that circuit so I can power it off the truck while driving but disconnect it from the main starting batteries and use a lithium house battery while parked.
Eventually solar will come into play.
