Super Single tire age

I have a couple questions. I read a few of the other threads, but none addressed these.

1. When looking for new FMTV tires, will all of the varieties of tires these came with have the DOT codes that indicate age? Many of the things I read caveated it with something like "All highway legal tires will", and I don't know if there are variations that are military legal but not generally road legal.
2. What is the military policy on replacing them? How old are they when the military replaces them due to age? (This both helps me understand what age the surplus'd tires might be, plus how old of tires I should be looking for.)

Surplus tires are 2014 and older now. Military can cycle them out at 3yrs at times or for other various reasons. We havw truck loads of MVTs with goodyear stickers still on them with 2010 and 2012 date codes. Even a 2004 new AT2 came thru the other day. I have put about 40k mi on a set of 395 XZLs with runflats 2010 date codes.

Looks like my tires are '03, '04, '04, and '08.

Ill add this. For finding the date code on a tire. 32nd week of 2005. You may see some that are 48 to 52 weeks of a year so you can factor in a year less for the code on those being made at the end of the year.

We are getting in 2015, 16 and even 17 date coded Goodyear 395 MVTs in the G load range. We believe they are phasing them out for the J load range tires.

I think they are made so the edges dont chip easy. Plus everything is getting armor on it so that they dont wear as bad.
