tailgate for my M1009

Hi guys,

I bought a 84 M1009 yesterday with 8,000 original miles on it. It is in pretty good shape but was owned by the local county before and they had sealed up the back window and tailgate. I looked into buying a new mechanism (which is missing from the sealed up tailgate) but they want to charge more then I want to pay! and I was hoping to find a good tailgate with the mechanism for a good price somewhere. would anybody know of one? I plan on painting the M1009 so does not matter the color. If anyone knows of any with or without the window that would be great.

anything that may even match up also to these trucks?

if you can't find a military tailgate, you could always get one off a civilian blazer from a junkyard, and weld up the extra holes.
