TM for HMMWV Beadlock assembly/disassembly

Is there a TM or can anyone direct me to the TM number that deals with the assembly/disassembly of the 8 bolt style beadlock wheels for the HMMWV. I just picked up a set for my M1008 and I would like to download if possible and get my hands on any TM(s) that illustrate how to work on these wheels. I have read a few articles on a few 4X4 sites and they seem legit. But I would like to see what uncle sam says is the proper way to do it.

Also what makes the 8 bolt rims incapable of using Radial tires?

Also does anyone know of a reputable place to pick up a set of o-rings for the wheels? Are they guys on E-Pay ok?

You need TM 9-2320-280-20-2 w/ch 2 Section 8-1 for the 8 bolt also TM 9-2610-200-14 for maintenance and repair of tires.
From the TM "Never use tubes in wheel assemblies. Use of a tube defeats built in safety features, and could allow the wheel to come apart under pressure, resulting in serious injury or death.
Eight bolt rims were designed for use with bias tire components only. Wayne
