Tow Hitch Spare Tire Carrier Question(m1101)

Has anyone used the Curt or similar style spare tire carrier that mounts in a tow hitch receiver on an m1101/m1102? I was planning using it in one of the front anchor point tubes. I thought I had seen this done before but I can’t seem find any references to it. I swapped out the tires and wheels to a smaller sizes. Thanks
