apparently, other Allison Tranny's with a Rear added T-Case have issues with breakage from vibrations. Though the one described below appears to break in different location from unintended vibrations than the 3070/3700 version in our trucks the result is the similar. Just throwing out there as an interesting tid bit! Not pointing out that this is a for sure weak point on our trucks; esp. if on does meticulous maintenance.
