Transfer case drops out

My transfer case occasionally works itself out of high gear while in use. If I just pull up on the handle it goes back into gear. Anyone have experience with their transfer case falling out of high and what was the fix? Thanks.

It could either be the linkage not adjusted or your case is about to go. Not trying to bum you out but this winter my 5 ton was doing this and with out fail it went. Sorry hope I am wrong and it is just the adjustment.

Mine did that and the fix was a new transfer case...
