You can send a request to the site admin at anytime. He is in charge of the Vendor accounts and can answer all those questions. He will respond when he can.
There is never a moderator on "duty" at anytime, just whoever is online at the time. But usually one of us will respond as quickly as possible.
Just an FYI for everyone, towards the bottom of the main page there is a "View Site Leaders" button that will list all the moderators, site admins and vendors.
