Hello
I just purchased a neat USMC Ground Expedient Refueling System from a collector locally. I'd always thought they looked neat but shipping it would have been expensive. It's the medium size system that originally came with 4 155 gallon fuel bladders, 2 dual 24v air compressors, 3 fuel dispensing nozzles and some other accessories. I've seen the compressor unit sold before and actually bought one that I modified to use as a 24v compressor with a remote tank. I lucked out and got one complete 155 gallon bladder, a compressor, and the chest of hoses. The seller had a couple more of the bladders tanks but by the time I got back he had already sold them. I've looked all over the internet and Steel Soldiers but cannot find the instruction / technical manual for it. It's a simple idea, use a fuel bladder, pressurize it and push the fuel out the nozzle. I can figure out most of it, but I'm not sure what a few of the pieces do. Here's some pictures of the accessories.
Any ideas what this connects to? It appears to be a 2" camlock to some kind of a connector with a ball valve shut off-
Any idea what this regulator does it has a fill and stop button on the side-
I forgot to take picture of the fuel bladder and the transit case that houses the hoses and nozzles. There is also a spare rubber bladder without the connectors, several tie down straps, a couple containment berms, and a bladder repair kit (hole plugs, patches, etc).
Does anyone happen to have a copy of the manual for this system?
