V903C on GL in Anniston Alabama

Will this V903C Cummins fit the M123 series of trucks?It states it is for the 939 series.I thought the 939 series uced the NHC 250 and the 8.3 C Cummins.If it will fit the 123 series I may buy it it http://cgi.govliquidation.com/auction/view?id=1047521&convertTo=USD

We had some 20 ton cranes that had these engines as the prime mover.
They are very heavy for the amount of HP you get out of them.
Not sure about the blower/turbo aspect of these engines. The ones in our cranes were naturally aspirated.
I think they were also the engine in the M-123 tractor (Recovery 4x4 check me on this). When you get all the accessories on the engine it take up a lot of space.
There might also be problems mating it to the existing tranny. They are a lot wider than an in-line six also. Before I would go through the hassle of a swap like that I would buy a canned stock engine from Memphis Equip. or the like.
Just my worth.

Oops. Just re-read your post. I thought you were talking about putting that engine in a deuce. My mistake .

Well,didn't get the engine,it wen't for $1070 and some change!Darn GL is getting astronomocal!
