anyone figure out how to adapt these to regular schreader valve yet? i'mm kinda confused by this setup and came across a whole buch of them!! thanks for any help guys!!

I have some of those on steel mrap rims that connect to the ctis valve. I am also trying to figure out how to adapt them?

ya these things drive me crazy. the local tire guy told me that theres possibly an extension piece that would screw onto it. but havent found it yet.
