What are final drives from am548 used for?

What are final drives from a M548 used for? On govplanet they commonly sell 12359348-2 Vehicular Final Drives. I trased it to an M548 cargo. I'm guessing they are used on a bull dozer, but then what make and model? This is perplexing me, if any one can tell me I'd shure like to know what civilian application there is.
