What are these two items

I apologize if I have posted wrong but I couldn't find anywhere that this would fit. I really need your expertise, in the picture attached are two items that were recently given to me, one appears to be a ground electrode of some kind and the cardboard contains another one identical. The secon looks like a antenna type device just guessing but I'm hoping the seasoned collectors could tell me all about them. I was told both were military issue items. Thanks for any help you can offer. The electrode looking items are heavy and appear to be coated

The electrodes look like they may be fueler grounding stakes.

I seem to remember seeing those two items on a fuel tanker.
