What is the correct tire pressure for an M105 empty?

Just picked one up but trying to figure out safe TP for highway use.

Depends on which trailer and how heavy. Most of these were not designed for 70mph use so you need to under inflate the tires a bit to keep them from exploding. At least that is what I was told.

Do a search on line for trailer TM's. You should be able to find an M105 trailer TM, that will give you all the specs forthe operation of it.

I have an M105A2 and it has 60 psi stenciled on the trailer just above the wheel.

According to TM 9-2330-213-14, page 21, tire pressures should be 50psi Highway, 30psi Cross-Country, 25psi Sand.

Keep in mind that these trailers were never intended to be towed 70mph down an Interstate.
