what is this, what does it go to?

I am just getting to a gaylord of stuff from a military sale I purchased several years ago.
1. what does this plug fit? red trailer light plug on one end and a amphonel plug on the other? what does the amphonel plug go to?
2. Military truck/trailer plug with amphonel plug on the other end. what does the amphonel plug go to?

The red set up looks like for military trailers that are 12 & 24 so they can be towed by civy trucks.

The 2nd looks like for a tow light set up or for a a shelter towing dolly.
