What is this white film at the corners of my truck?

I have had my truck for a little less than a year and all is in tip top order. Paint is in decent condition, except for a white line at the corners of the truck. Its like a ghostly film that has appeared only in the corners. I have used normal soap and a pressure washer and it is still there. If has the standard military installed CARC paint.

I tried and tried, and have tried to upload pics and cannot. I resized them to below the required size, confirmed they are in the correct format, and nothing. SO I apologize and ask that you participate with some imagination.

Hard to say without a picture, but are you sure it isn't primer?

Best way to explain is a 1" chalky transparent tape at all corners. It runs along all lines of the truck and surrounds things like reflectors.

Can you explain what's going on with your pic uploading? What upload tool are you using? Advanced uploader under manage attachments or the image icon on the editor above the text window? Any security software or settings on your PC? Images larger than the specified size will still allow to be uploaded, the server will just resize them smaller.

Sounds like someone left tape on the truck after painting it for way too long. Try some adhesive remover in a out of view spot. If that pulls it off.......BINGO. WE HAVE A WINNER
