found this in a friend barn. What is it? He said Army Coop? 4 Wheel drive, 4 wheel steer front with steering wheel back is hydraulic and run off a air cooled 12 hp Honda in it now

It's a coot. They were not military. I used to have one. Really not that good of a vehicle, but they are amphibious.

Coots were a hoot. A little under powered, check for rust holes, does it have the prop and rudder?
