What kind of rims are these?

Good afternoon everyone!
On my m54a2 I have 2 rims like this. The centers look like they are split rim but they also have the lock ring on the other side like most trucks this era have. I was wondering if anyone could shine some light as to what they are. I have done numerous searches on web and even looked at the parts manual diagrams of the nsn on the rim. They are shown to have a welded center. Any help is much appreciated! The last picture is of another rim on the truck with the welded center for an example.

The pre 1970’s military wheels were riveted not welded centers, could this be what you see?
