What will this cost?

Looking at buying this 5 ton and I see some dirt on the inner wheel and it looks like the front axle is losing oil. What will this cost to fix? Am I even right in thinking that anything’s wrong?

Axle boot. Trivial part to buy and an afternoon (or less) to replace.

Would think the fix will cost you a couple of bucks lots of sweat. Good learning experience though and the next time it will only take you half the time.

I have good mechanic skills with cars but nothing worse than going into the unknown thinking you know it all and then getting in over your head. Sounds like it won’t be a deal breaker though and It would just take patience.
