I been calling Mangus, since Sunday. He has not informed me what the issue is. Heck, he won't even call me back or answer my calls!

OK, so its not just me. I have noticed it in the afternoons for the last couple days. Seems like it hits the brakes around 1pm. All morning and over night it seems to clear up.

Right now it is faster than I have seen it in the last 2 days. I figured it was a local problem sense the storms we had.
