If the truck drives straight and there’s nothing wrong with the steering components take the steering wheel off and re center it. If you need an alignment places that do fire engines can usually do it.

What Superman said, move the wheel... Beyond that, confirming proper toe-in is easy with some string and a measuring device...

As of right now the truck does pull either way , and the steering wheel is waaaayyyyyyy off center too. I'll probably be the one doing the string test due to the young mechanics I have working here. Thanks for information.
