Where to buy hardcopy manuals

This has probably been covered a million times but where can I buy hardcopy manuals from? I have all the TSM numbers from the data plates but I've had little success finding those numbers in anyones inventories. I especially need a parts manual for this 819. It doesn't matter if it's a reprint or original.
