Sometimes it helps if you click on the LOGIN button that solves that sort of problem. I have clicked the "Red X" unintentionally and came back later and got a similar error (problem). If that isn't working, be sure to let us know...

Correct. The TM section isn't open for discussion. There is however a TM upload section where you can upload files/make posts there, the staff will then move them.

The reason the TM section is locked down is to prevent "chatter" in the information sections.
