Zeks base mounted A/C unit

Just acquired a 36,000 BTU Zeks base mounted air conditioner. It is 3 phase which I have in my shop and was thinking of using it there. Anybody familiar with this unit? Anyone have a manual for this unit? It almost looks brand new, but needs a power cord and 14 lbs of R22 to get it going. Any help would be appreciated. :grd:
