I'm guessing you have the split rims?
That's what was on my M923 with 11r20s.
So yes you will have to change them to the 2 piece 5 ton rims.
I have about 2K in rims and tires but the look and the ride of a 5 ton with the bigger tire kicks ass.
I went with the 16x20 tires.

Yes, you need to change the rims as stated above.

I am glad to see the rims went to good use. Those tires are huge compared to my 395's!! Truck looks awesome!!! I am going to take a look at the 16.00's this week finally. I will send you some pictures and info if still interested.
