What is the cover for the pyle radio?

It is a water proof front cover that came with it. The cover, 4 speakers and stereo head unit was all only $80 shipped on evil bay.

Current progress.

I got a lot of the FRP up and started on my cabinets.

I installed a new Pyle stereo and speakers in the cab. Everything is water proof and I think the ammo can is a nice touch.

Also installed a 1600 watt AMP in the camper for surround sound.

Man, Nice work! I have one question though. Does the stereo not obstruct your view?

I would have used a smaller ammo can. But as long as you can see and operate the truck safely.

It does a little bit but not bad. It sits back further then it looks so I can actually see around it fine. Its not my ideal setup but works for now.

Did you make channels for your windows to go in? Did you make your roof with the speaker cut outs or did you find it some where?

Ha! Didn't realize you added the muffler, I missed it in your earlier post. I did the same thing, I noticed a big difference in sound and it's still loud enough for a deuce..

Here is Saturdays updates on the camper. Got my Lowes Cobalt cabinets installed and my custom cabinets and counters are taking shape. My stove and m sink are just sitting there for test fit. My table is also taking shape.

I also have a lot of work done in the cab and I will post pics of that later today.

I am back from the field so now I can get back to work on the truck.

So here is my answer to the whole needing 12 volt problem. This is a common duel voltage Generator off of a M1097 or in this particular case an M1152 HMMWV. It was a direct drop in bolt on. I did not have to fabricate anything or modify anything. With the exception of buying another battery for 12 volts and the proper size wires (I have the proper size but was making sure this all worked before I wired it for real).

Got a lot more done inside the camper. Nothing to special though. Mostly cabinet work and trim and picked up the new 12 gallon water heater.

Updates for today include a new Lincoln 140 welder and two new red tops for the truck. The blue tops for the camper should be here tomorrow.

Here is some more progress. Got the pantry and the closet done. The plumbing i mostly finished. and I have new seats out of a late model Chevy Silverado.
