Help to convert deuce tire measurements!

Hi! Could anyone help me to figure out the european equivalents of Deuce' tyres measurement? f.E.: 9:00*20
So, I need to know rim's diameter, the height and width of the tyres.
P.S. i want to fit tyres to my Deuce M35 A2 cause of lack of the original.

20 inch = 508 millimeter
9 inch = 228.6 millimeter

I would think that any European tire place could tell from that.

Unless there is something I'm missing.

also.......with the deuce tire the width and height(side wall) are the same.......so the with is as swbradley said and the TOTAL height of the tire is: 965.2 millimeter

9.00x20 = 41" tall 9" wide.
11.00x20 = 43" tall 11" wide.
12.5x20 = 41" tall 13" wide.
14.5R20 = 43" tall 14" wide.
395/85R20 = 46.5" tall 15.5" wide

By the way: i'm the only one who possesses a Deuce in whole Ukraine. So i nowhere can get advises. That's the reason i registered here. Helpful site!

I take it the tallness of the tire is there entire tire right?

But if a Deuce tire has the same width and sidewall height it would be something like xxx/100 R 20 at least converted to our "standards".
