Auto Insurance for my 1984 AM GEN M923

Hello everyone, I purchased an sweet 1984 bobbed cargo M923 5 ton. The truck was purchased from Gov Liquidation in AZ and had a AZ Cert of Title. The person I purchased it from had a NC title in hand NC tag and insurance policy with it insured. Well my problem is I am in need to title it in SC and I can not find a insurance company that will write it their excuss is they don't write for that type of truck also the VIN does not have enough digits 15 should be 17 they say..... PLEASE CAN ANYONE HELP WITH A INSURANCE COMPANY THAT WILL WRITE....

Have you ever owned and insured a truck?

Did you ask the previous owner who it was insured with? Try them?

I have progressive commercial insurance on mine it cost 139.40 to start an 70.96 mouthy.

Call GULFWAY Insurance in Florida. They insure MV all over the country. About $250 per year.

Wow really? I called them and they said no.

Mine is insured through Progressive commercial 540.00 per year if paid all at once, Haggerty insurance was 210.00 a year but the require it to be stored in a garage.. Hope that helps
