Georgia Steel Event in July?????????????

I think there are a fair amount of events thoughout the year.

You have Zout's cookout
57th fighter group breakfast
Ga. MVPA rally
Steel Soldiers Georgia Rally in October


3 major issues:

The summer months are pretty unbearable for outdoor activities
The Spring, Fall and Winter are heavy with events (see above) and most people only have so many free weekend days.
We have always been concerned with putting together so many events that we begin to draw off participants from the Ga Rally

I would like to get together with other members more often, but I simply can not spare a lot of weekends-they're my most productive time. I suspect many others are in the same boat.

I better be seeing you at the 57th FG on Sunday! I'll be glad to help you with your truck. I'm no expert, but I have learned a few things in the past year or so. We can even do an inspection on Sunday and make a list of things that need attention and then work through the list over the next few weeks. I'm big on lists, just ask Clinto!

I can see little BS meets with guys that are close to each other, then the 13SSGAR and ZOUTS bbq for a big/big get to gether, this is one reason I posted touch-a-truck, it is a small, local thing.

Actually that will work instead of a july event. The touch-a-truck event seems ok and itll be alittle closer to Caines and Tmnt if they go. Count me in... Everybody else the july steel event is cancelled. Thanks and see you at ZOUT'S..
