I picked this up from an AEP auction. It seems to share many design elements, but there are some differences. The wheels of course, the reel bracket appears to have an extra section to make it taller, no reflectors, and no brake system that I can find. I think it's intent was just to be used around the power plant. They guy who helped me load it said he's been there 20 years and never saw it move.
