* These are the 1965 manuals which cover some gasser stuff as well. I regard them as my favorites.

I'll take two dehumidifiers as is thanks. Sent PM

Gotcha down.[thumbzup]
We only have 5 dehimidifiers left. We also have 8 that would be great for parts for $10 each. Two of them have the cord cut so we couldn't even try to see if they worked and the other 6 produced very little water if any. May just need to be taking apart and cleaned.

Mahala, if you and Daniel cut those bad ones up, and separate the copper, aluminum, and compressor, you get $8 in scrap value from the scrapper across from the Base on Hwy 247. Not producing water might mean the compressor is low on Freon and not running properly. You can hear it vibrate when you power it up if it comes on at all, above 55 degrees farenheit.

I found a sledge hammer works better then a screwdriver if you want to scrap them and tear off the plastic covers real quick. Makes a mess though.

I need a roll of field wire for my TA-312s. Someone had a ton of it, but cannot remember (Mike?).
Please PM me cost if you have a clean new and small roll of WD1 wire. It is black in color and cheap steel wire for the phones.

I would have thought that they looked to much like AC units to scrap.

You guys do know it is a federal offense to purposely release freon into the atmosphere. You are supposed to recover any freon before scraping the unit. That is why they rather sell the units than scrap them. Less labor expense in recovering the freon. GRAINGER had to pay a contractor to recover the freon in the defective dehumidifiers and A/C units before they could trash them.

But I've only got 34 miles! How long of a piece do you need? Actually, each conductor has four steel wires and three copper ones in it.
