Boy, this thread really degenerated. You guys aren't just arguing about length but also girth and the size of your truck's 'tube' on the inside.

Long, er, "hose"

And it's not genetic.

Anyways, noticed on my deuces that there is a hose that hangs down from the bottom of the turbo, on the winch truck the hose hangs below the front axle and seems to have exhaust coming out of it. On the non-winch truck, there is no hose at all mounted to the bottom of the turbo. Both trucks seem to run fine regardless.

Please help a stupid new deuce owner. With a long dangling hose.
There are many sarcastic responses that the adolescent inside would like to post but I will refrain........

Let me say here and now that I freely admit that I have thought about going to an...adult...store and buying something to adapt onto the end of the long dangling black hose on my m35A2 that might be...controversial.

lol, good thread. Thanks for bringing it back chaplain and adding your thoughts. I doubt that I would have happened across that on any of my searches but who knows.

........... I don't need to buy one of those fake ballsacks that hang from the rear axle
I've been looking for two old Basketballs and a Burlap Sack to hang from the ARK's Pintle Hook. Just to make the local RedNecks jealous rofl

Aside from all the PG-13 Rated humor, this is a GREAT technical contribution to the site. Thanks for posting it up !

I would sugest shortening or re-routing long slobber hoses. During some recent 6 wheeling my slobber hose was damaged by the spinning front output of the rockwell. It probably takes some real flexing to get the hose caught but mine did have an unscheduled circumcision. :(
