Hydroboost

I have a 1987 HMMWV that I just purchased. Brakes engage but won't disengage until I put my foot under the brake pedal and lift it back up with my foot. I had my mechanic attempt to replace the hydroboost with one I had that had a NSN # of 2540013874036 and part # 57K0203...this one's bolt pattern didn't match the master cylinder. Anyone know the correct part number I'm looking for or have a hydroboost to sell?

You need a 10k hydroboost.....the one you have is probably a 12k, the studs are a tad farther apart....call Kascar.

You're probably right. The studs on the new one are blue. The old one's are black.

Before you buy from Kascar check out on G503 they always have some.

Time for an upgrade. Keep the hb and replace the mc to match.

I ended up having a 12k hydroboost and a 10k master cylinder. Getting it straightened out now.
